My weekend? It was ruined by WOODTV8. They carpet bombed the wind and rain in southwestern Michigan for 5 hours and 5 minutes. Why do I say 5 minutes? 5 minutes before the end of the F1 pre-race they cut in. I'm thinking to my self. Self: It'll be OK. They've got 5 minutes to tell us what is going on and they'll cut back in time for the race. Seriously the weather didn't even hit until ~3:30. The race would have been done by then. FUUUUUUUUUUUU local NBC affiliate.

Yup. Seriously, I live within a stone's throw of the wood tv studio (I'm on fulton) and that pissed me off to no end. I was going to walk over to the studio and chew them out if I hadn't found an illegal stream within a minute or two.

I wondered well after the fact if NBCSN had a live stream available online. Still a stream wasn't really available to me at the time. If I had been next door I would have gone and pounded on the door and told them to shove their coverage over to WXSP because even ABC wasn't interrupting worthless programming for weather coverage.

The NBC sports stream was incredibly laggy for me. Probably because everyone in the midwest was on it.
